Town Hall Meeting

Join us for the Town Hall Meeting at 4:00 PM to hear the latest updates from CEO Keith Avery. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share thoughts, and stay informed. The meeting will take place under the event tent.

Registration

You must have your registration card for the 2025 Annual Meeting, which will reach members around the first week in March. If you do not receive a card in the mail, please come by the co-op before the meeting, or call (803) 276-1121 and we’ll provide a card for you. You MUST bring your card to the drive-thru, register and vote, to receive the $20 bill credit and be eligible for door prizes. Anyone without a card will need to have one made for you, which will delay the registration and voting process. As a reminder, we will tear off the right side of the registration card that says “Prize Stub” and put in a container for door prize drawings after the annual meeting. You must be present and have registered and voted to win.

Entertainment

Starting at 5:30 PM, enjoy a live performance by the Cross Point Pickers Band! They'll be playing your favorite gospel, country, soul, blues, and beach tunes—a great way to unwind and have fun.

SECTION 3.07. Order of Business

The order of business at the annual meeting of the members and, insofar as practicable or desirable, at all other meetings of the members shall be essentially as follows.
1.    Report on the number of members present in person in order to determine the existence of a quorum;
2.    Reading of the notice of the meeting and proof of the due giving thereof, or of the waiver or waivers of notice of the meeting, as the case may be;
3.    Reading of unapproved minutes of previous meetings of the members and the taking of necessary action thereon;
4.    Presentation and consideration of reports of officers, trustees and committees;
5.    Election of trustees;
6.    Unfinished business;
7.    New business; and
8.    Adjournment.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board of Trustees or the members themselves may from time to time establish a different order of business for the purpose of assuring the earlier consideration of and action upon any item of business the transaction of which is necessary or desirable in advance of any other item of business:
PROVIDED, that no business other than adjournment of the meeting to another time and place may be transacted until and unless the existence of a quorum is first established.

We can't wait to see you there for an afternoon of engaging discussions, exciting prizes, and great music!
